Precipitation starts moving in Thursday late afternoon, and will become mixed precipitation depending on location and elevation. The Adirondack High Peaks, as well as northern Vermont and New Hampshire may get lucky and have all-snow. Areas south of the Albany-VT/NH southern border are likely to see mixed precipitation and rain.
