Summary

There is for sure some cross-country skiing in the north country, while the rest of us look on with envy- except for Buffalo’s south side and Watertown, where they got so dumped on it’s truly a bit much.

Conditions

BETA report as of 11/17 says that there’s a frozen base and Whiteface highway is minimally skiable.

Forecast

Continuing snow squalls through the weekend, with any real accumulation in the areas directly in the Lake Effect zones.

Temps for the early part of next week will be partly sunny and high temps in the north country just above freezing in the daytimes.
