2023-24 season’s surprise ending

We went from. a pretty dry season that almost ended in mid-March to a sloppy but snow-covered skiing revival. Between March 22 and April 4, two significant storrms dropped multiple feet of snow across the northeast, mostly on the White and Green Mountains. Those of us who made other plans for the tail end of the season got a rude surprise, while the ones who kept themselves in the ready got some nice days of spring skiing.

A remarkable end that caught many of us by surpise, but it’s finally over. At this point only Mt. van Hoevenberg is stil open, and they’ll be offseason after this coming weekend.
