A member of the tribe said ‘the snow was bad’ because we there were no tracks (and we were doing classic); I was tempted to respond: ‘there’s no such thing as bad snow, only bad technique’, but that would have been unkind.

In truth, it was a beautiful sunny day in the 30’s and some really excellent spring skiing conditions- what more can you ask for? Well…

More snow!

Possible light snow on Tuesday, amounting to a couple of inches in the lower and mid-Hudson valley area, with increasing amounts eastward in MA and RI. Temps will likely go just below freezing at night with daytime temps in the upper 30’s until next weekend.
