Forecast
Rain showers begin late Friday, continuing as rain through Saturday and Sunday before tapering off. Areas at elevation could see a scant snowfall. Breezy in parts.
Monday, lighter rain showers transition late in the day to snow and wintry mix, becoming all snow on Tuesday for western and upstate New York and north of I-90. Tuesday temperatures will be below normal for this time in the season.
Wednesday and Thursday will be dry, although it looks like rain showers will arrive from west to east late in the day Thursday as a widespread system covers the region.
